Genuine Red Hot Buffalo Wings

Ingredients3 cups Durkee red hot cayenne pepper sauce
2 cups Clarified butter -- hot
20 pounds Chicken wings -- frozen

RecipeDeep-fry wings at 400F for 10 to 12 minutes until crispy brown
or bake at 425? for 30 minutes; turn and bake additional 30 minutes,
until brown. Drain well. Add to sauce and toss well to coat chicken
wings. Keep warm. Serve with blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
For added heat, try adjusting the ratio of Durkee Red hot Sauce to butter.
